Since November is officially Gratitude Month, we’re celebrating in a special way. We’ve created a Happiful Gratitude Wall on each of our social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook), and we’re inviting you to share your Gratitudes with us all month long.
Every time you post what you’re grateful for, or tag someone you’re grateful for, you’ll be entered in our weekly drawing. Each week in November, we’ll randomly select one winner. For each winner, Happiful will:
Donate $100 to the charity of your choice, and

Why Gratitude Matters
Practicing Gratitude is one of the simplest and fastest ways to lift your mood and improve your life. Research shows that people who regularly express Gratitude experience more happiness, less stress, better health, and stronger relationships. Gratitude shifts your focus from what’s missing to the good you already have, and the more you do it, the more you start to notice blessings everywhere.
Yet being grateful doesn’t come naturally to most of us. Our brains evolved to focus on potential danger, so we instinctively notice what’s wrong instead of what’s right. A daily Gratitude practice rewires that bias. It helps us see life through a more positive and appreciative lens, and that shift changes everything about how we experience our day.
How to Join the Happiful Gratitude Wall
Visit our Happiful pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
Comment on the Gratitude Wall with “I am grateful for…” and fill in what you are grateful for. Or say “I am grateful for…” and tag someone you’re grateful for (extra credit if you let them know why you’re grateful for them).
Each day you post counts as one entry — up to three per day if you post on all three platforms.
(Duplicates on the same platform don’t count.)

The more days you post, the more entries you’ll have and the greater your chance to win. But the real reward is what happens when you make Gratitude a daily habit.
