How to use it

You customize your checklist and use it daily to ensure you are taking the right actions every day.

To get started:

There’s no cost and nothing to download; just click here, and we’ll send you an email to activate your account. The web app lives in your browser on your phone or computer. 

You initially do a quick setup to select which actions you want to have as part of your Ideal Day. The app guides you through creating your own Morning Routine, Daily Activities, and Daily Shutdown. We start you with some suggested actions from Happiful, but you can customize everything to fit your own life. You can read a bit about each suggested action to help you decide if you want to include it in your Ideal Day. 

You can add some more of our suggestions or create your own actions, and you can change the order of your actions. For each action, you can set a goal for the number of times you’ll do it each week, or you can select specific days (like workdays vs. non-workdays, or Mondays only…). You should designate some of them as “Non-Negotiables”: the actions you’re committed to taking even on your busiest days. 

You can use it on your phone or computer, or print your checklist if you prefer paper.
