At Happiful, we believe deeply in the power of Gratitude. A daily Gratitude practice is one of the most reliable ways to increase happiness – and it’s something anyone can do, anywhere, in just a few minutes a day.
Since November is officially Gratitude Month, we’re celebrating in a special way. We’ve created a Happiful Gratitude Wall on each of our social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook), and we’re inviting you to share your Gratitudes with us all month long.
How to Join the Gratitude Wall Contest
Visit our Happiful pages on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn each day in November.
Comment on our Gratitude Wall with “I am grateful for…” and share what or who you’re grateful for. If it’s a person, tag them to increase their happiness as well. If you want to say why you are grateful for them, it will be even more impactful for you both.
Each day you post counts as one entry, with up to three per day (one per platform). (Duplicate posts on the same platform don’t count.) Each week in November, we’ll randomly select one winner. For each winner, Happiful will:
- Donate $100 to the charity of your choice, and
- Give you free access to our newest course, The Productivity Playbook (a $100 value).
